Taiwan is famous with its bubble milk tea, nobody can argue this. Some big franchise store even already opened in Indonesia right now for example Cha Time. We all in Taiwan love bubble milk tea. Maybe this fact gave the founder of Belle Epoque to make bubble pearl milk tea pancake as their main dessert. I decided to take a visit again to Belle Epoque cafe to try this dessert as a bubble milk tea lover. 

Bubble milk tea pancake with its soulmate, potted cocoa. Because a good tea always need a good dessert as its soulmate.

There are bubble pearl also inside the pancake layers. I went to heaven for a second. This pancake is totally delicious and a worth to try.
